Internet Appliances to go! Velocity uses its own, royalty free, TCP/IP stack in conjunction with the CMX RTOS to produce custom internet appliances for clients. Velocity relies on the latest product offerings in processors, memory and ethernet chip sets to deliver robust appliances built to our client specifications. What ever our application is, whether it be a terminal server for RS-232/RS-485to ethernet connectivity or a fully featured web server we would be pleased to go over the details with you.

Single or Multiple Port Terminal Servers:Velocity can provide you with custom built terminal servers. Designs that will fit with your current needs for internet connectivity. We can layout the design to fit the mechanical constraints of your current enclosure. We can also include special features in the firmware to deal with your specifc communications needs. Our Terminal Servers provide telnet, rlogin, SNMP and modem control.

Velocity is currently developing anembedded Network Address Translation Server. This device will provide proxy services for mapping multiple IP addresses to one for presentation to a gateway. The target group for this device a home users that are address constrained by their ISP and want to add additional clients or servers to their local area network; in particular those users with cable modems.
